Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Our refund promise
We offer a full refund, without requiring a reason, when:
- the request is made within 14 calendar days of the first payment;
- the purchase was the first Music Arcademy Monthly or Annual subscription payment for the account.
This refund remains available even if you began using the service. The policy is additional to mandatory rights under applicable law.
2. Statutory withdrawal
A consumer may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online contract within 14 days. Music Arcademy’s first-payment refund promise is intended to provide a simple full-refund route during that period and does not remove any mandatory statutory right.
During the applicable withdrawal period, you can withdraw through:
- the online withdrawal function in your account/billing area (“Withdraw from contract here”); or
- an unequivocal email to support@musicarcademy.com.
The online function confirms your identity and contract, requires a clear “Confirm withdrawal” step, and sends an acknowledgement by email without undue delay, including the content, date and time of the submitted withdrawal.
3. How to request a refund or withdrawal
Use the online withdrawal function, where available, or email support@musicarcademy.com. Include:
- account email;
- plan;
- approximate payment date;
- a clear statement requesting withdrawal, cancellation or refund.
Never send a full payment-card number or security code.
4. Model withdrawal statement
You may use this wording (optional — any clear statement is sufficient):
To U.X. DESIGN STUDIOS LIMITED, Athinon 82, AKINITA IERAS MITROPOLEOS, Flat/Office 211, 3036 Limassol, Cyprus, support@musicarcademy.com:
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the Music Arcademy subscription.

5. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless law requires otherwise. We will initiate the refund without undue delay after approval. The payment provider or bank may require additional processing time.
6. Renewals
Renewal payments are not automatically refundable. A renewal may be refunded where:
- the charge was incorrect;
- a material technical failure prevented use;
- applicable law requires it;
- support approves an exception.
7. Cancellation
A subscription may be canceled at any time. Normal cancellation:
- takes effect at the end of the current paid period;
- stops future renewal;
- preserves Pro until the period ends;
- does not create a refund for unused time unless required by law or approved under this Policy.
8. Founding price after cancellation
Resuming before the current paid period ends preserves the continuous Founding price. After effective cancellation:
- the former Founding price is not reserved;
- a new subscription is required;
- the available price at the time of return applies.
9. Payment failure
A failed renewal receives the approved seven-day grace period.
If payment is recovered during grace, Pro and Founding-price continuity are preserved. If payment is not recovered by grace expiry, Pro ends, the subscription is canceled, and a future return requires a new subscription.
10. Full refunds, chargebacks and Founding 100
- A full refund removes the account from Net Founding Paid Accounts.
- A chargeback removes the account from Net Founding Paid Accounts.
- A partial refund remains counted while positive net payment remains.
- Cancellation without refund remains a historical Founding Paid Account.
- Failed renewal after a previous qualifying payment remains historical and counted.
11. Account deletion
Account deletion is separate from a refund request. The deletion flow explains the effect on your subscription, whether cancellation is immediate or scheduled, that deletion does not automatically create a refund, and that legally required transaction records may remain.
